Pauline Bradley - dealing with abuse
Domestic Abuse is the term used to describe a relationship where there is persistent physical or emotional abuse of an individual in a way that causes pain, distress or injury. Very often victims are afraid to seek help because they feel shame or are frightened of their partner, so they suffer in silence. Children who witness abuse, whether violent or emotional bullying, can also be adversely effected.

My approach is to empower you to come to terms with your situation and take back control of your life so that you (and your children) can live free from power and control.
