I have a passion for group work, including therapy,  psycho-education and facilitation. I bring my skills in counselling, training facilitation & personal development together to deliver workshops and therapy sessions for groups of people in County Clare and beyond.

 

I have designed & delivered personal development & psycho-educational programs for a variety of support services. These include bereavement support programmes, programs empowering victims of domestic violence, parenting programmes, stress management workshops, mindfulness sessions and life skills programmes aimed at suicide prevention.
